Are you an experienced, trustworthy, reliable and compassionate home care aide? If yes, then apply to become a Care Associate.
To join our network of Care Associates, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
Home Care Aide (HHA) or
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or
Home Health Aide (HHA) or
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or
Registered Nurse (RN) or
One (1) year of professional caregiving experience
Have a valid CPR/First Aid card
Completed a physical examination within the past year
Show proof of negative Tuberculosis test
Provide Social Security Verification
Must have a valid California Driver's License or State Identification Card
Must have a valid auto insurance if able and willing to drive clients
Pass a phone screen to determine qualifications, skill set and experience
Pass a pre-employment interview to verify soft skills and professional goals
Pass the final interview with the company owner
Successfully undergo the following:
Personality Assessment
Nationwide criminal background check
Department of Motor Vehicle record check
Professional reference checks
Go above and beyond the call of duty to provide exceptional care services
Enable independence in others that may otherwise be impossible
Possess good listening, organizational, and communication skills
Have a big heart, patience, positive attitude and passion for caring
