Caregivers
At CarePal, our philosophy is simple: We take excellent care of our home care aide so in turn they will take excellent care of our clients.
We compensate our home care aide with market-competitive salaries and recognize them for stellar work. We also have a profit-sharing plan that pays cash bonuses based on our annual profitability. Lastly, we provide our home care aide with training and development as well as support programs.
Caring is the most important part of care. All the other home care skills can be learned but it's hard to train someone to care. CarePal's culture provides the environment that fosters a caring attitude towards fellow home care aide, and most importantly... our clients.
Families
We value the families who entrust their loved ones to our care. At CarePal, we take time to provide them the support they need, and assure them that they can count on us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We offer Respite Care for family members who need some time to relax, take care of themselves, and pursue activities that give them joy. While Respite Care will not change your loved one's situation, it can help you handle challenges and difficulties in a positive way as well as maintain your sense of well being.
Clients
Every client situation is unique. That's why we, at CarePal, work closely with each client and/or family and take time to understand their specific situation. By personalizing the care plan around our client's precise needs and preferences, we ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
We also conduct care management visits and phone check-ins to make sure that our clients are receiving the best non-medical in-home care from our home care aide.
It is very important that everyone has confidence and trust in the work we do, as this leads to the best care for our clients. Being a small, woman-owned, and independently run company, we pride ourselves on giving our clients and their families a personal touch.
Communities
CarePal is committed to helping communities where we live and serve. Every year, people from CarePal work in partnership with a local non-profit organization, hospital, care facility or government agency, and volunteer their time and expertise to help make a meaningful difference.
We are currently providing first class non-medical in-home care services to seniors living in the South Bay communities and surrounding Greater Los Angeles area. If a need arises, we will strive to accommodate anyone who requires services outside these geographic locations.
