Companion Care

Keeping the client company and engaging the client in any number of activities, such as conversation; reading; writing; games; crafts; playing cards; walking; meal planning and preparation; assist with entertaining; medication and appointment reminders; transporting and escort to appointments, visiting friends and neighbors; running errands; shopping, events, plays, and religious services. 

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care

Establishing safe and more comfortable environments, trusting relationships, and techniques to maximize independence for as long as possible for those with Alzheimer's disease. Our specialized approach of encouragement and assistance helps family members cope with the challenges of Alzheimer's disease and other dementia illnesses.

Respite Care

Our Respite Care service helps family home care aide when they are in need of a holiday or short break; there is an emergency and somebody is needed as an extra pair of hands; or they are not feeling well and need some time to recover and rest.

Post-Hospital Discharge Care

Assistance in returning home from the hospital or rehabilitation center following an operation, injury or illness; assistance in rehabilitation and exercises as directed by a doctor or therapist; transportation upon discharge including medication pick up

Palliative Care

Promote relief from pain and other distressing symptoms; communication and coordination of care between client, family, and healthcare providers; emotional support; family/friends/home care aide support.

"Executive Assistant" Care

Organizing and paying bills; managing budgets and expenditure; checking mails and handling correspondences; organizing events and travel arrangements; coordinating medical care needs.

Care Management

Attending doctor’s appointments and facilitating communication between client, family, and doctor; monitoring client’s adherence to medical orders and instructions; ensuring home safety; communication with families who live far away from the clients or they live near by but travel frequently for work, have other personal and professional responsibilities that they are trying to manage, or the clients’ situation has become more complex than they can manage.
